‘Maholla Shikshak Mitra’

                                              ‘Maholla Shikshak Mitra’
During this global epidemic of Corona, public life has been affected on all fronts. Primary education is not excluded from the work we are all involved in. School classrooms have not been opened for the last three months due to this disease. But if there is no continuity in it, he quickly forgets what he has learned and other thoughts affect his memory.
A new educational innovation has been implemented by the teachers of DIYODARADA PRIMARY SCHOOL  in Patan district. The school has created a ' Maholla Shikshak Mitra' scheme in the village. The beneficiary group of this scheme is students of Std: 1 to 8. In this scheme, in every mahalla of the village, students of school standard: 6 to 8, retired teachers,  members of gram panchayat, members of school management committee have been made ' Maholla teacher friend'.
The syllabus is broadcast by the state government through Doordarshan channel from 8:00 am. The social distance can also be maintained as there is only one maholla teacher friend for only five or eight students in each mohalla or word. The work of the bridge between the school and the children will be done by ' Maholla Shikshakmitra'
Maholla Shikshak mitra will guide the children in the difficulties they face due to being in touch with the teacher friends of the school through whastApp or telephone every day. The cooperation of these friends in imparting virtual as well as real education to the children will give impetus to the teaching work.
